Returns & Refunds

Every Athar plaque is made to order and personalised just for you. All orders are pre-orders and will be shipped within 4–6 weeks.

If for any reason we're unable to fulfil your order, you'll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Once your plaque has been personalised and shipped, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if anything arrives damaged or not as expected, just reach out to us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
