Terms of Service

By placing an order with Athar you agree to the following terms.

All orders are pre-orders. Payment is taken at the time of purchase and your item will be dispatched within 4–6 weeks.

Each plaque is personalised to your chosen Surah and reciter. Due to this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been fulfilled. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Athar reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at its discretion.
